Eddy's CD "Songs Around The Campfire" follows a cowboy and his guitar format. His voice is rustic, in the best sense of the word. He sounds like a cowboy, and it's a real pleasant experience to hear his interpretations of the standards as well as his own compositions. These are just a couple of reviews about my records. I love to sing the old cowboy songs and songs about outlaws and horses and some love songs and just a smattering of real cowboy poetry, then throw in a few old time Gospel songs just for good measure. I sing these songs as if I were singing to a bunch of folks enjoying a simple campfire. Did I mention it's my very favorite thing to do. I wrote Four of the songs on this CD. One of them "Sing a Song for Daisy" was actually written for the soundtrack of a movie called "The Wild Rovers". Before every performance I give, I always say a small prayer and I ask God to let me touch just one heart. It would be my great pleasure if you would let me touch yours. Love you all Eddy Harrison
