Album Notes

This CD is a product of the past and the future. Acoustic music will always remain. On this disc we have 4 very talented singer/songwriters. First there is the Jamaican legend ERNIE SMITH, the Jamaican version of Johnny Cash, renown and awarded in his own country but little known by the US audience. Check his other works available on CD Baby. Next is Dalton Lindo, better known as SCREWDRIVER. A 20 year veteran of the recording business who has had several hit records. This is his first acoustic project. Next is the extremely talented singer/songwriter TOM O'BRIEN. He has been compared by many to Bob Marley, not only for his vocals but also for his compositions. This is surely just the first step for this young man. also on this disc are 2 tracks by IAN FORRESTER known as Kimo. He is currently the guitar player in the Prophecy band with the master Capelton. His voice and music is in the spirit of the late Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube.
