Album Notes

Eduardo is an outstanding guitarist, singer and entertainer. Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, of Syrian and Hungarian parents, he began his music career at the age of 9, appearing on TV, in theaters and radio shows throughout the country.

At 17, Eduardo traveled to Israel, where he spent several years starring in the show “Brazilian Nights” which toured in major theaters and was covered continuously on Israeli television.

Later, Eduardo relocated to Sweden, where he received his "Master in Fine Arts of Music". While in Sweden, he performed for Elizabeth Palme, head of Unesco and wife of the former President Olof Palme and the Royal Swedish family. Together with his band, Sabor Latino, Eduardo toured Scandinavia and Germany, sharing his love for Latin American music and culture, with audiences of all ages.

From 1986 to 1993, Eduardo worked with Jeunesse Musicale Belgium, one of the top world youth orchestras, touring the most renowned classical music halls in Europe and North America with directors such as Karajan, Charles Dutoit, Daniel Barenboim, Ronald Zoltman, Eduardo Mata, Vernon Handley, Sixteen Erling, and many others. During this time, the Orchestra recorded nine CDs.

For the next three years, Eduardo lived in Mexico City where he performed chamber music with Haroldo de Leon, first violin of the Symphony Orchestra of Bellas Artes, playing at private functions and galas including the United States and Israeli embassies amongst others.

Since coming to the United States, Eduardo has been gathering and working together with outstanding musicians and entertainers that now are a part of his large network. Eduardo has been delighting audiences with his dynamic performing style and versatile multilingual repertoire touring in South Florida, New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and Toronto.
