ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
In November 1990, three old friends got together and while rehearsing all day and recording at night, suddenly found themselves having the time of their lives. The Resulting raw, unpolished tapes have a warmth and charm that has stood the test of time with fans of all three artists, as well as the artists themselves.

After searching through boxes of old DAT tapes Henry Gross found the original rough mixes. Working with mastering engineer John Mclane, he discovered most had drop out or simply wouldn't play. Fate intervened as the very last tape played flawlessly. It felt like a walk off home run! If these tapes prove anything it's that no amount of studio polish can trump three great singer songwriters in love with the music and the moment!

Jonathan Edwards, best known for his worldwide hit "Sunshine" (go away today) is arguably one of the finest singers in any genre of music. His unique vocal talents are truly on display here as he demonstrates his incredible versatility with a wide range of material. He is also a truly gifted songwriter with dozens of albums to his credit. Jon has been selling out shows worldwide for over 40 years, even starring in the road company of the Broadway show "Pump Boys and Dinettes! More info on Jonathan at his website.

Henry Gross was a founding member of the Rock & Roll Revival group "Sha Na Na" in 1969. He was the youngest performer at the "Woodstock Festival" and enjoys a successful career as a guitarist, Songwriter and singer. His major recording successes include his 1976 worldwide gold record: "Shannon" as well as many other top 40 and regional hits including "Simone", "Springtime Mama" "Meet Me On The Corner" and"Skin KIng". His songs have been recorded by many artists including Cyndi Lauper, Judy Collins, Blackhawk, Mary Travers and Jonathan Edwards. Aside from his many solo albums his guitar playing can be heard on many other artist's recordings including Jim Croce, Dion, Judy Collins and Andy Kim. His latest CD's, news and bio are at his website.

Henry Paul is one of a handful of singers who can claim a truly unique sound. A hit songwriter, he was a founding member of the internationally famous Southern Rock band "The Outlaws" (High Tide and Green Grass). After writing and recording four successful solo albums with "The Henry Paul Band" he became the lead singer of the hit country band "Blackhawk". A gifted songwriter with many hits under his belt, he and Henry Gross co- wrote Blackhawks country hit "Big Guitar". Not only headlining at clubs and concert halls with "Blackhawk", Henry once again finds himself fronting the legendary "Outlaws" at concert venues worldwide! More Henry Paul info is at Outlaws live, Blackhawk Live and Henry Paul websites.

The vocal blend these three produce is undeniably "World Class". So ladies and gentlemen: "Edwards, Gross and Pau!"

WOW - ABSOLUTE GREATNESS!! These 3 truly gifted Singer/Songwriters knocked a home run when they decided to get together and record this one!! Although all 3 had huge individual hits of their own - the combination of their talents is out of this world. I highly recommend anyone reading this to download or purchase this CD and give it a listen. I did - and it was genuine 'ear candy' to me. LUV IT!!!!!!!!!!
