The music of Eendo’s first album, Bord o Baakht, meaning Win or Lose in Farsi, is a mix of many influences including Gypsy Jazz, Rock, Klezmer, Trad Jazz, Latin and Classical, and perhaps the music can be categorized into different subgenres. As the title suggests, the album is about contradictions in life: Joy and Sorrow, Togetherness and Separation, Compassion and Cruelty, Contentment and Greed, Celebration and Mourning, Love and Lust, Intoxication and Sobriety, Divine and Earthly, Up and Down, Winning and Losing. The album ends with an intimate romantic song in a Major key, which makes for an uplifting ending.
