Album Notes

The cyber collaborators are once again in full swing. Carl Eichman’s “Hidden Symmetry” is a luscious sonic adventure of guitar proportions. He’s the secret guitarist with his band of unknown worldly musicians piecing together a musical artwork of fusion, jazz rock, Latin and even some blues.
If you’re not familiar with Carl Eichman or his band mates the way they create their music is from home studios via sending and sharing wave files to create their own part for each song. In this day and age of copy cats and imitators Carl Eichman has his own unique playing style, sound along with uniqueness in writing style that tends to make me scream “Let This Music Be Heard”. Let’s see what this sonic adventure has in store for us.

Eichman rules!
author: Dan Phalen
Carl Eichman has a truly original sound, as proven again with his latest release, Hidden Symmetry. Every cut is a superb example of his versatile musical talents, especially Congo and the haunting beauty of 14th of May. Crooked Mile lets the whole band rip in a fusion of jazz, rock, and even a few stanzas of bop. Of course, that's trademark Carl Eichman. Actually, Eichman doesn't create anything bad or mediocre or even so-so. Hidden Symmetry is a great musical investment, especially from CDBaby. Buy it.
