Album Notes

"Ennå er det Håp Fru Ahlgren", the third album from Eine Blume, was released physically in the U.S. on May 29, 2010 and June 17, 2010 in Europe.
Produced by Caleb and Erin Paxton of Fertile Bear Records, this is a groundbreaking project for them - an articulation of emotion and life.

The album was artfully mixed by Byron Eggehorn in Caney, KS and mastered by Adrian Morgan at Timeless Mastering in Brooklyn, NY.

The fruit of over a year of studio time - spanning from Norway to Iceland and landing back in Missouri, USA - the band feels they finally have a record that represents them honestly.

Here is a collection of songs about wrestling with doubt and finding frustration, joy, hurt and hope,
a sincere look at beauty in struggle.

"There are so many hands and voices in this project that are not our own. What a great way to make music - to invite those you love into it so that it can become something more than just my expression. This album belongs to many of us."
caleb paxton

Eine Blume would like to leave you with this quote from Mr. Albert Schweiter as an overture to "ennå er det håp..."
“There are two means of refuge from the misery of life - music and cats.”
