Album Notes

Elvis Carden was born in Atlanta, Ga. and started singing and playing the guitar at the age of 9. Elvis joined the Army and was shippped off to Vietnam. Upon returning to Aberdeen, Md. to finish out his tour of duty, Elvis wrote and recorded Vietnam Blues and Loving a Soldier which became big hits. After leaving the Army Elvis returned to his home in Palmetto. Ga. where he continued to furter his first love Country Music. He started to record the songs he has written and his latest creation is Iraqi Blues, which is dedicated to the current conflict, Afghanistan is a moral booster for our troops, Highrise is dedicated to 9/11 and the firefighters.
