WORD WAR I is a compilation CD with Artists from the Genres of Hip Hop, Spoken Word, Bomba, Industrial, and Rock who have provided their talents to be recorded to benefit the Puerto Rican Political Prisoners and support the underground / independent artists.

WORD WAR I was originally titled "Brown Force" and was to be released more than a year ago. Due to the idea that words are weapons that can be used to fight injustice and educate the masses,the title was changed to WORD WAR I.

The first artists to join the compilation were Martyr Complex and Kamal Imani, soon after came ILLION, Emanuel Xavier and the rest.

The only thing that will help support political prisoners is the power of the people. Organizations like Pro-Libertad are not government funded, they are comprised of people in the struggle who give their time to fight for justice and freedom.
