Electric Mustard is the electric music project of producer/composer/musician Mark Bonasera.
Electric Mustard's new "Synthetic Mind" CD encompasses many influences and crosses the boundaries between electronicia, ambient, IDM, rock, and orchestral music styles. Slip on a pair of headphones, sit back and enjoy as you are taken on a musical journey through lush atmospheres and over smooth rhythms.
Mark has been involved in Chicago's music scene for many years. Formally trained first in percussion and later in piano. He studied music in college and has played with several Rock, Jazz Fusion and Big Band groups also including a short stint with the Elgin Symphony. He has written music for string quartet, choir, and organ and for the last 4 years his main writing concentration has been electronic music.
