Following the highly acclaimed album Kaleidoscope, Electric Mustard releases the long awaited third studio album ‘Transiting Venus.’ The new album represents the next step in Electric Mustard’s evolution with the addition of vocals by Breda King and Linda Hopp. Drawing on the lush atmospheric qualities of previous albums, the two vocalists give the music a new focus, creating a warm and expansive landscape of music, melody and voice with lyrics that equally charm and dazzle. Transiting Venus is a melodious blend of pop/rock with modern electronic grooves and slow ambient textures with experimental sound art.

Musician/songwriter/producer Mark Bonasera, works under the moniker Electric Mustard. Regarded by many as one of the most interesting up and coming ambient/art rock projects in the Chicago area, Electric Mustard inventively combines influences from '70s psychedelia, '80s/'90s ambient/downtempo and contemporary alternative styles into the Electric Mustard sound.
