ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Before you ask the question Ace is no nickname, AKA or stage-name. Born on the auspicious and inspirational date of 11/11/88 in the City of Angels and raised in a peripatetic music family he traveled his early years from one global recording center to another accompanying his legendary record-producer father and his mother who owned one of the earliest NYC hiphop labels. Ace grew up with the cut and thrust of management, agency and record business babble and nights were alive with hard core jamming in the family music space. There were no silver spoons, this is old fashioned music - love your instrument, great songs, listen, jam from beginning to end, all together, oops a mistake, start again, no punch-ins no overdubs until something beautiful emerges. This is a new day - musicians are taking charge and nobody is better equipped than Ace.
