ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Listening to elsewhere gives you the same sort of feeling you might get if you were in a train wreck and drugged on valium at the same time. You're dealing with some pretty heavy drama, but nevertheless your relaxed and apathetic toward the dilemma. elsewhere are Hyrum Summerhays manning lead vocals and guitar, Chad Dorton supplying even more guitar, Jacob Wattleworth on bass, and Ray Childs on drums. The band exists somewhere in the floating space of late 80's, early 90's, British shoegazing downer dream pop. Influences could include The Cure, "Gish"-era Smashing Pumpkins, Jesus and Mary Chain, Radiohead, Slowdive, or Ride -- enveloping guitar music for the soft and bashful"
