It has been only a week or two that i received the meditation CD’s . I find them way too powerful. Like Krishna the flute player the Only One is waiting to play a sweet note through this mind-body mechanism but we keep obstucting that by being who we think we are. This meditation draws you back consciously into this present moment where who we are outshines thought.Therefore this meditation is for those who have suffered enough and know that it’s time to start the journey back Home.
