Album Notes

For the Past 18 Years, Emery Emery has been Touring the World with his Vile brand of Twisted Humor. He has been fired and rehired by Comedy Club after Comedy Club.

While Emery feels that no two artists should be compared, his style has been likened to Sam Kinison, Lenny Bruce and the great Bill Hicks.

Purveyor of Filth is not only a full show recorded live in Kansas City but it also contains a parody song called You Oughta Go. A humorous swing at famed pop star Alanis Morissette's song You Oughta Know.

As well, you will find an excellent song called "All My Life" by Kansas City Rock Band "The Hollwmen."

If It's really funny adult comedy that you like, Emery Emery's "Purveyor of Filth" is a CD you must own. And there is no time time to waste. "Purveyor of Filth" has held the number one spot in the Top Ten Comedy Albums Featuring a Parody Song and Spoken Word as well as a song by a Kansas City band of the decade, since it's release in 1996. With its first pressing of 10 CD's selling out in a single day, to family and friends. This second pressing should sell out even slower.
