Reg-Tone Records presents the New Dynamic Duo of Empire and Dean recording a Sam Cooke classic, their version of “A Change is Gonna Come”.
During my birthday celebration in Las Vegas in September 2008, as a special treat, a beautiful rendition of this classic Sam Cooke song was performed for me. It was unique in that it was sung in a duet. I have never heard this song performed in that fashion. It created a very special sound; a sound so special that two weeks later Empire and Dean were invited to Los Angeles for a recording session. The guys sung their hearts out and as a result this soulful classic will thrive once again.
But I couldn’t stop there. While gathering musicians for the recording session, the instrumental with the guitar solo and sing-a-long versions were born: A harpist, strings and a rhythm section. What beautiful music they made. That was the catalyst for the two additional versions of this classic song; something special for everyone!

This song is great! I love the tone and the tempo is just right. It's nice that the end of the song mentions the special date of November 4, 2008, which commemorates President Barack Obama. This is a must listen! :)

I had to buy another copy cause my brother borrowed my first download and liked it so much, I told him to keep that one and I would buy my another one.
