Ten great songs that rock with absolutely no filler
author: Mark Robison
This CD kicks off strong and is a lot more cohesive than their earlier releases. The mood swings from a heavy song to a lighter song and back and forth, but the lighter songs are still very rocking. This disc is very well produced. Enda's earlier releases had a very indie kind of sound, but this is something that stands up there with the great discs of modern pop rock. Great song writing, great guitar riffs, lots of jangly octaves, great singing and harmonies, and a solid rhythm section that totally locks with all the super sonics going on around them. Any song on this CD should be on the radio. I'm not saying that because it's the best CD I've listened to all year. I'm saying that because when you listen to it you will agree. I could go on and tell you something about each song, but you should just buy it here now. Each song is so distinct that the disc never gets stale. Unlike a lot of CDs that by the 3rd song, you're looking for something else to listen to. This is no 3-chord band. These songs are well though out. Every listen reveals something I had not heard the time before. This CD hasn't left my car stereo since I bought it.
