If you like intelligent, virtuosly played jazzrock from nowadays, you surely dig Shane Endsley's crew! The music contains fantastic riffs and burning, well-constructed soloing, mostly from the leader who thankfully never sounds like a Miles Davis-clone and varies the sound of his funky trumpet by playing it electrically amplified and acoustically, sometimes by overdubbing. The CD is 71 minutes full of fantastic musicianship, there is not one middle-class member in this band. I can't but beeing enthusiastic about the high quality of the music and the sound (in fact, after hearing this, ask yourself, why does the world need new CD formats like DVD or SACD?)

Makes my ears feel nice.
Very good music. My cat hates it. My truck loves it. Don't listen to this album if you are a wanker... wankers won't like this cd.
