Album Notes

Enemy of the State (Bio) — A new hip hop group for the new generation of hip hop kids. This group consist of 3 members all representing the West Coast (California) from LA to the Bay.. First off you have Rio, the lead rapper with mad lyrical skills from Oakland, CA most say he is the second coming of Jay-Z, maybe better. Rio has been delivering music to the streets of Oakland for years. A highly respected MC. Rio has taken the rap industry by storm. Next you have Smoove, straight outta Compton with a flow that fits his name to a tee, most say he is a cross between Snoop Dogg and Slick Rick, a lethal combination. Smoove has gotten a lot of attention as a lyricist and performer, he can do it all, in his own words “If I need to make somebody dance, I’ll make ‘em dance. If I need to kill somebody, I’ll kill’em.” The last member added JayD da TreyDeuce, from Los Angeles with a very unique sound and flow that can’t be compared, and compliments the group perfectly. And there you have the E.O.S, they're everywhere, every block, every city to the very heart of New York. You might see them hustling in the street or ballin' in the clubs or just plain ol' chillin' on the block. But it's when they put it down musically that the rest of the world gets an up close and personal view of what it’s like to be a Enemy of the State (EOS). Their new smash single “I Like It Like That” is getting great reviews and looks to be the next club anthem for 2006. This new hip hop group is design to reach hip hop audiences of all ages, boy and girls. It’s dance music, a party sound made for clubs, along with great lyrics and catchy hooks giving it it’s edge and it’s urban groove, this group is hip hop at it’s finest. Each member has a diffenent style, their chemistry is outstanding, wait till the world get a load of E.O.S.

One word = AMAZING. Definitely worth your money. Don't sleep on this group. The lead MC, Rio, has got mad lyrical skills. He kind of reminds me of Jay-Z. The other guy, Smoove, has that lazy style, something I've always liked since Slick Rick mastered it. This album is a masterpiece. I got two of them myself, one for my whip and the other for my stereo, and hot damn, I like it like that.
