It's a bird, it's a plane...no, it's the 22 year old hip-hop sensation Entell from Fayetteville, North Carolina. This young word-smith is bringing a wave of hip-hop equipped with all of the essential elements required to make him a sure-fire success. Aaron White a.k.a E=MC2 has managed to formulate clever lyrics that compliments his production while working two jobs.
While listening to artists ranging from Notorious BIG, Common, Rakim, and his love for music in the late 90's gave Entell a foundation to build on. Entell begin taking steps required to sharpen his skills to a competitive level by writing poems and lyrics. Attending school of the arts in his younger years gave Entell familiarity with different instrumentation, so he develops a fetish for writing music to all types of genres. Being one of the members of Darkshadows, a hip-hop trio, whom recorded their first single "Can't Hold Us" using a lamp shade as a microphone stand, earned the trio an opening act for national recording artists Trick Daddy, and Trina at the Crown Coliseum with a packed crowd of 2000 spectators. Coming from North Carolina to the Big Apple to perform was a challenge, but they electrified an audience of 350 with their hit song "Can't Hold Us" in the Queens Music Festival in New York City in July 2002. A few years later, the group disbanded, leaving Entell the choice to pursue his solo career. He created music for the masses, earning spots in the Florida Music Festival, Baltimore Music Festival, perfoming at Fayetteville State University and New Music West Festival, which Ryan McCann of New Music West Festival Staff stated “Entell takes control of his audience, open them up and really make them feel part of an experience rather than just spectators.”
Having nurtured himself on a different level of the business, Entell continues to evolve into a commercial success. Writing memorable lyrics and working with various producers, Entell has perfected his craft. His clever and witty lyrics, powerful, and crisp vocal delivery have mass appeal. While he intentionally aims for the commercial market, Entell still keeps it underground. Entell has a unique, yet familiar sound, which captures the listener's attention and before long will have them singing along. Currently, Entell has released his mixtape titled "The Formula" which he toured Kuwait and Dubai to promote his music. Entell has created a global presence with his debut album "E=MC2" receiving hits on numberonemusic.com from various countries, which includes United States, Germany, Vietnam, Canada, France, United Kingdom, and Netherlands.
