What's Sex and the Gospel About?

Why is my list of things to avoid and boundaries, not preventing me from sexual impurity? I memorize scripture, found an accountability partner and even purchased a high tech filter to avoid seeing images on my computer, and yet I still find ways to regress back to old habits.
