Album Notes

If you liked the music in the movie "O Brother, Where Art Thou?", chances are you'll enjoy the music of husband-wife duo Eric and Polly Rapp. Their flatpick guitar, mountain dulcimer, and harmony vocals shine on old-time country, gospel, and folk tunes as well as a growing assortment of originals touching on the joys, frustrations, and longings of contemporary life. Eric serves as both lead guitarist and primary vocalist, while Polly adds the unique droning quality of the mountain dulcimer, occasional rhythm guitar, and harmony vocals to a beautifully blended sound.

On their debut CD, "I'll Remember You, Love, in My Prayers," you'll find the upbeat and the contemplative ... songs with lots of harmony and a couple of instrumentals ... songs about life and love and faith.

Says fellow CD Baby artist David Nefesh, "I love the beauty that Eric and Polly create--gorgeous spirituals, originals, and bluegrass tunes."
