Album Notes

I write music, I write lyrics, but mostly I write from my heart. I've been through a lot during my life, just like many of you, including ups and downs, and I am mostly inspired throughout the hard times, but I'm able to get through them using music as an outlet. I write these songs so you can hear them, relate to them, and get through similar situations. Without You I'm Still Me is one of the most impactful songs I've ever written, because no matter what I'm going through, that song sticks in my head. Throughout the last two heartbreaks I've endured, I was told by my best friend, be who you were before he came along...and that is what inspired this song. No matter how hard things are, especially when you lose someone close to you, life must go on, and that's what this single is all about. Moving on with your life, and remembering that just because someone is gone out of your life, doesn't mean you have to stop living. I believe we meet people for reasons, we learn from all situations, and we are able to get stronger over time through heartache and pain. I hope you enjoy the music I write, because it's a story about my life, and anyone who knows me, knows that I write honest, genuine songs and I don't hold back in my music or in life.
