Nicolas has done it again. His love song lyrics combine shimmering paradox with poignant feeling (think the metaphysical poets), and their tunes don't let go of your heart. His paean to his "old man" (You're On Your Way) is gorgeous and moving, and if protest songs could change the world (as they have at least once in our life-time) his should be on their way to the White House.
