Album Notes
Paving the way for the next generation of American Rock music, The Erik Andersen Band is breaking ground. With a style that is both familiar and unchartered simultaneously, this group takes on their music from a slightly different approach-
Combining different genres of rock-song formats, The Erik Andersen Band drives their music through acoustic, alternative, bluegrass/country, blues, folk, pop, and punk-WHATEVER YOU WANT TO LABEL IT AS- This is pure, genuine indie-rock at its best.

Fronting the band as the primary msuic director, Erik Andersen is a native Californian that now resides in the Central Valley. He is currently on a "musical mission", as he states, to grow the music into its full potential. He is a guitarist/ singer/ songwriter that sees his musical opportunity as something to realize.

Currently promoting the release of their debut album titled "LUSHES FOOLISH" ,The Erik Andersen Band are quickly receiving attention as one of the next up and coming bands to enter the music scene.

Music sounds great
Hi Erik,

Music sounds great... nice to hear another local artist. Hopefully I'll get to see you perform soon.

The Erik Andersen Band Is Amazing
Since I recieved my cd the other day, it has not left my cd player. Erik has the most amazing voice I have ever heard. The lyrics along with the music is absolutely mesmerizing.

I am selective about what makes it onto my iPod, so when I added the entire “Lushes Foolish” disc by the Erik Andersen Band, I knew that we’d found February’s Band O’ The Month. The album offers a little bit of everything—no matter your musical tastes, you should find at least one song worthy of your iPod.

Thought the tunes were great.
Thought the tunes were great. Actually had a nice Valentine's dinner date at my place, had the blanket and dinner (sushi) set out on the living room floor with a bottle of Merlot and The Erik Andersen Band's tunes playing in the background. Also shared it with my kids who play in a band (singer/guitar, and drummer girls) and they liked it too. Keep up the good work.

It's good man.
I've listened to the first 4 a few times. The first one has a real catchy groove. I heard it like 3 times at Chaminade so it made it catchier the 5th and 6th time! It's good man. I'd like to hear the vocals a little clearer or louder, I'm not sure which one if not both, but it's good stuff man. I'll try to get some idaho spuds out to you and perhaps my little demo cd. talk to ya later!
