Jessica recorded her debut CD, "Free To Be Me", with renowned Record Producers Billy Chapin and Chris Omartian in Nashville. Jessica's song "Girls Night Out", which is on her CD, will be aired on an episode of the hit NBC TV show "Friday Night Lights" this coming season. Her song, "Follow Your Heart" has been aired on the soap opera "All My Children". Jessica recently won the annual Grand Prize for Best Song from Songwars, run by Mike Pinder of The Moody Blues fame, for her song "Say Goodbye". Five of Jessica's songs on her CD have won awards and recognition from respected organizations in the music industry.
Jessica has opened for Grammy Nominees Montgomery Gentry, country star Darryl Worley, the Blues Travelers, and the BoDeans, to name a few. Jessica is scheduled to perform at the San Diego County Fair as part of their July 4th celebration. She has performed at the California State Fair, has performed for a sold out crowd at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, and has played Joe’s Bar on Weed St. in Chicago, voted 2009 Nightclub of the Year by the Academy of Country Music. Upon moving from Nashville to Los Angeles, Jessica performed at world renowned venues Whiskey A Go-Go and The Viper Room.
You may have heard Jessica many times on the number one rated “Mike North Morning Show” on Chicago’s “WSCR 670 The Score” radio. Jessica and her songs have been featured on special guest segments on WALS 102 FM Country Radio, Q 103.3 “The Q”, K95.3 “The River”, and WGN Radio’s “Steve and Johnnie Show”. She has also received airplay, been interviewed, and had her music featured on many internet stations across the country.
Jessica will always be a Midwestern girl at heart, hailing from Chicago, Illinois. It has been said that Jessica has a Music City soul with a Windy City attitude. Jessica reworked and recorded one of her songs (American Girl) as a tribute to her favorite home town sports fans, entitled "Chicago Bears Fan." She has performed her “Chicago Bears Fan” song on CBS and NBC Chicago TV and has received major radio airplay of her anthem to the Chicago Bears fans.
Jessica was given the honor of singing for the World Champion Chicago White Sox at US Cellular Field in front of 30,000 people; and she rocked the house! Jessica has performed the National Anthem for many other sporting events since grade school. She has been an annual guest on locally televised Muscular Dystrophy Telethons for many years. Jessica is always willing to lend her voice to sporting and charitable events. She most recently performed for a Navy Seals Benefit in San Diego, and will support our troops whenever given the opportunity.
Having performed in other parts of the world, she has performed for our troops in Japan with the Chicago Honey Bears Dancers singing Top 40 hits for their live shows. She has also performed across the Midwest at various festivals and fairs with the Honey Bears.
Jessica's cross over voice allows her to weigh in against such artists as Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood, and Christina Aguilera. She has an all embracing talent that encompasses Country, Pop, Rock, Blues, and everything in between.
Jessica is continually perfecting her craft and is currently working with songwriters in Los Angeles writing songs for future projects. She is filming a music video this month for one of her new songs "Sundays Without You". Her passion is performing live and she will continue performing whenever given the opportunity. With her singing career as her sole focus, and her only desire, Jessica WILL make her presence known. Her looks will grab your attention and her voice will capture you.
