Album Notes

Oh my Gothic! This is the 6th Erplosis Daet album (not counting the "the Best of") and they just keep getting better. Songwriting and recording went smooth with the exception of “The Last Avenger”. It was the last song to record and I procrastinated knowing the project would be over. No more ED for awhile (I am currently writing songs for the 2nd Hollow Density CD). Recording the parts for “The Last Avenger” was easy and fun, but it took awhile to write the lyrics.
As you’ll discover when you listen to the tracks, many of the songs are stories. Two songs relate to each other. Which ones? All the songs have ‘signature’ guitar riffs or chord progressions. I extended “In the Shadows of Doubt” and “No Bones About It” so that more guitars leads could be heard with some jamming. Some of the tunes are classics with unique themes and choruses.
Have fun listening, interrupting, moving, dancing, spacing –out, and whatever else the songs inspire. And, most importantly – turn it up!
Terry

NOTES: Tracks recorded digitally and process through analog equipment for ‘warming" Mastering used no commercial compression - only limiting to retain the best audio dynamics for CD. Very deep lows, clear mids, and bright highs – like
real music. Audio copied to CDRs with good photo paper and no shrink wrap.
