It's Escort's final 12" before they take a break to finish their LP and it's a bona fide club banger. Already getting play from the likes of Ewan Pearson, Trevor Jackson, and Darshan Jesrani, the track comes off like "the bastard child of Prince and Teena Marie, conceived at a swinger's party hosted by Rick James." Disco-punk superstars The Rapture offer up a remix that marries Baltimore club syncopation to classic techno sensibilities. It’s a DJ essential and more proof that Escort are firmly on the forefront of modern disco.

About Escort:
Escort was formed in early 2005 by Dan Balis, Eugene Cho, and Darius Maghen. Some may find their records shamelessly nostalgic: a blast of unadulterated disco that invites comparison to the quirky pop of Kid Creole, the mechanical funk of Gino Soccio, and the symphonic disco compositions of Rinder and Lewis. But for the members of Escort, this is not about the past. This is about a fervent belief that certain things are timeless: musicianship, songwriting, and production. No samples, no loops, just well crafted songs and great performances.
