Ensemble Esfahan blends folk & ethnic music with classical Persian music, alongside original works composed by ensemble leader - Menashe Sasson. The ensemble incorporates musicians born in Iran and in Israel, with a wealth of experience in a range of musical fields, and who share a love of the rich and exciting tradition ofPersian music. Richly talented young singer Mauren Nehedar, of Persian origin, wonderfully performs the songs.
The instrumental works, arranged by the ensemble, are enchantingly presented in a style which allows the listener to easily and naturally embrace the pearls of the ancient Persian musical culture.
