This project is probably one of the few serious attempts of songwriting to the poetry of Sara Teasdale originated from outside United States.
Sara's poetry is not well known in Europe, and almost not known in Poland where this music comes from.

The project consists of 15 original melodies that were composed and produced by Andrzej Rejman and Ewa Górska and their friends - Polish musicians who represent an independent music scene, from Frederic Chopin's homeland.

Most of songs was written between 2004 and 2006 and recorded in Warsaw-the heart of Poland, The songs were composed in a place that could be easily called" a garage studio", known among musicians as "The MAGIC ROOM". The place was located in a remarkable garden of one of well-known fruit trees growers from Agricultural University in Warsaw.

Blooming rhododendrons,weeping willow, fruit orchard, and the serenity of Vistula-side embankment (primeval Vistula river-bed) inspired artists to create this project.

The tragic personality of Sara Teasdale, her unfulfilled love, sensitive character, as well as complex artistic personality of writers of the music, their non- accidental meeting, and last but not least poignant and affecting voice of Ewa Górska makes this production unforgettable.

Although songs were recorded without any serious financial budget and with use of very simple equipment, it can be treated as "live recording". These original songs and touching voice of Eva Górska makes this CD worth listening to.
