The prodigy of a musical family, Evelina began singing at an early age. She grew up with Gospel music as her main musical influence and toured with her family in their native Sweden, throughout most of her childhood. While studying to teach, she began to write and produce her own music. She received the Ted Gärdestad songwriting award and got the public's attention with two songs in 2001, aired on radio stations throughout Sweden. An EP entitled "I'm Not Giving In" followed in 2004, featuring the awarded song "It's not in vain". Evelina has continued producing her own music, as well as other artists. Among them is one of Sweden's best-known Gospel choirs, The Master's Voice, whos latest album Evelina produced and wrote part of the music for. She is also a highly appreciated session singer and back up vocalist and has been working with renowned artists and songwriters in Sweden as well as in the US. In August 2006 "Testimony" was launched and hit the radio stations in Sweden. The EP contained four songs: Testimony, Through the pain, Blessed and God will make a way. Now her debut album "This is another day" set to release!
