Adam Blau is an Early Career Fellow with the Fred Rogers Center for Early Learning and Children's Media at Saint Vincent College. Everyday Grooves was developed as part of the program, which provides career development opportunities for educators, artists, musicians, researchers, and media professionals. Just as Fred Rogers’ work in public television was unconstrained by commercial pressure, the Early Career Fellows are given the freedom and support that will allow their talents to flourish. Fellows’ projects are values-based, drawing from the same principles of child development manifested in key production elements of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood and the rest of Fred Rogers’ work. Proceeds from the sale of Everyday Grooves benefit the programs of the Fred Rogers Center.
A composer and songwriter, Adam Blau's music has appeared in film, television, and theatrical productions. Adam currently resides in Los Angeles, where he scores, edits, arranges, and produces music for a variety of genres from children's music to major motion picture soundtracks.
