REVIEW BY GRIND ON WEBZINE:
This young group of California death grinders have recently put out their first album and it will be a while before it is forgotten. Amputated Vein has sponsored their self-titled release, which is composed of a barrage of ten murderous tracks, layered with impressive dynamics and progressive medleys. Armed with amazing artwork done by Mike Majewski, as well as perversely gorefilled and sinister lyrics, this album is sure to impress. Each track has an astounding mixture of blistering heaviness and the terrific use of occasional melody. The musicianship is excellent, as is the fantastic vocal performance. By releasing an album with such atrocious gems as "Relentless", and "Deprivation", this band has already proven themselves to be an upcoming force in the realm of the brutal underground. This may be an omen of a very bright future for this group, as I have a feeling we will see many great things to come from the rising beast that is EVISCERATED.
