Album Notes

Black metal fans rejoice! Evroklidon, hailing from Ukraine, home of the mighty Holy Blood, delivers raw, atmospheric black metal that pounds, rips, and thrashes from start to finish. Evroklidon manages to exude this primal rawness while maintaining high production standards, producing an assault on the senses that is brutal yet enjoyable to listen to. Word of this impending release has sent tremors throughout the extreme metal underground for quite some time, but many unexpected delays kept this release out of the rabid fans salivating at the mouth for their latest black metal fix. Well, froth at the mouth no more, and be prepared for sensory destruction! 6 SONGS AND 42 MINUTES OF MUSIC!!!

Great Black Metal
author: Gabriel
About the only thing wrong with this album is that there always has to be a slow introspective bridge in the song. Not that they're bad..... This album acheives something that a lot of Christian Black Metal doesn't (or unblack, if you care), and that is, it doesn't sound like a wannabe Black Metal album. It's raw. It's fast. It's grim, ambient, roomy. Quite simply, it's beautiful. The vocals are awesome, reminding me of a hollow, emptier Burzum. Highly recommended if you don't like Dimmu Borgir.
