Album Notes

Short Story is the 2nd self-produced studio record from DFW's own EXIT 380. This album improves tremendously on their earlier works, while holding the same focuses as their beginning triumphs.
Throughout Short Story, EXIT 380 seems compelled to tweak the elements of straightforward songwriting, both lyrically & musically, while still maintaining the traditional cohesion of excitement through storytelling in rock music.


EXIT 380 formed in Denton, TX in Spring 1999. This traveling rock band has polished it's live act on the road through continous touring & gigging. EXIT 380 has produced two albums through their label E3 Entertainment/E3 Records & are currently in the studio working on their 3rd release (due June '05).
This band has received numerous accolades. Including; a Sponsorship Deal w/ Coors Light (2002 & 2005), being voted "DFW's Best Band" - NT Daily Reader's Poll (2003), as well as "Top Ten Songs" for their single "GREEN" - NT Daily Reader's Poll (2003), & most recently placing 2nd Overall in the National Cabo Wabo Battle of the Bands (2004).
EXIT 380's style comes from a varied combination of post-grunge rock & pre-screamo alternative. What sets this band apart is their dedication to their grassroots fanbase & energetic live shows.
