(from the liner notes)...When Danny first asked me to write something for this release, I was excited. I wanted to find the appropriate words to describe him, but all of the good words have been overused & have lost much of their impact. The are just glitzy descriptive text that we overlook when trying to find the reality of the story. Danny is not glitzy; he IS the reality of the story, and understanding that helps you to appreciate him even more.

On stage, Danny's confidence & lust for fun creates an excitement I'd be hard pressed to describe. Few artists reach this level of entertainer, & Danny has practically authored it himself. The stage becomes a catalyst for a collective consciousness amongst band members and listeners alike. You can feel what he is creating as much as you can hear it

There is a magic to Danny's personality. It's the kind of magic that can be felt when you hear his music, watch him perform, or just shake his hand. When such a genuine & true person decides to share himself with the world, be it through music or friendship, there is a positive and uplifting sense no one can reject. Everyone walks away just a little bit happier.

So now as I reflect on appropriate words to describe Danny Eyer, I realize that it can't be done. Words don't descibe Danny. Experiencing him does.
