Album Notes

Originally formed out of a dingy garage in Southern California, Eyeshine broke into the underground rock scene in 2006 with their debut album, How About That. The band's latest album, Red Stripes White Lights, unites Johnny Yong Bosch's introspective melodies with aggressive guitars to combine together some seriously inspired tracks. With standout gems like "Sunday Flower" and "Not Really Good," look for Eyeshine to be a major figure in the indie rock landscape for years to come.

I loved this album and when I saw them live at Tekkoshocon this year they rocked. I recommend them to anyone that likes rock and songs with meaning. I really hope they get signed someday soon! ^_^

For someone who listens to mostly oldies and classic rock, Eyeshine was an acceptation, and they're probably really the only modern band I like. Red Stripes White Lights is a great album, I liked nearly every single song on the it, but the ones that I liked the best are "Let You Down", "Here Comes the End Again", "Waterfall", "21st Century Overload", "Not Really Good", "Don't Bury Your Eyes", "Blackout", "Sunday Flower", and "Maybe You Can". But really, the whole album is awesome.
