ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
E.Z. Riders (Alessandro Alessandrini, Luigi Ridolfi and Rodolfo
Ridolfi) is a tight rockin’ trio. A band that is rooted in blues
and is nourished by the great history of American and English
rock. And from the blues-rock the music of E.Z.RIDERS expands
exploring the “southern harmonies”, the “worship” of the jam,
cultivating a wide range of different influences. An absolutely
original ensemble, which reflects the legacy of the golden age
of rock and blues jam bands of the seventies to deliver a new
musical language, strong and free.
Their first album, “Experienced Zydeco Riders”, gained excellent
feedbacks and reviews by many international magazines and webzines,
and it’s been played by many radio stations all over the
world.
“The Album’s twelve original tracks are rooted in their bluesrock
history, all tracks showing the band’s raw, live credentials.
Hats off to them for the love of the genre, and the graft and
craft they’ve put into their debut”.
- CLASSIC ROCK SOCIETY MAGAZINE UK (August 06, 2009)
“Blue grass, country, blues rock, southern rock, bundle it all
together and you get this trio. This is the sort of group that
would go down a storm at one of the UK biker fests!”
- Speedy Hicks, BUBBLEGUM SLUT FANZINE UK (July 22, 2009)
“ That is really what this band and this disc are all about; strong
and rocking guitars. “Experienced Zydeco Riders” belongs in the
hands of any 70’s blues/rock fan. “
- RADIO INDY.COM (March 20, 2009)
“E.Z. Riders’s ‘Experienced Zydeco Riders’ is a hidden gem, totally
unexpected and highly enjoyable mixture of country, southern,
and melodic hard rock. A major label should latch on to these
guys and not let go. Good stuff.”
- DANGERDOG REVIEWS (February 27, 2009)
Radio Indy.com also awarded E.Z. Riders a GrIndie
Award for their debut album, a price for one of
the best independent records of 2009. E.Z. Riders’
second album “Long Way From Home” is out now. The
Album’s nine new songs testify the band’s growth
in terms of playing along and song writing. “Long
Way From Home” is expected to be a more intense and
stronger chapter in E.Z. Riders’s musical story. With
an increasingly large fan base, the E.Z. Riders are
now ready to reach a new level of popularity and
deserved consideration all over the world.
Listeners and fans all over the world have already defined "Long Way From Home" a little masterpiece. One of the most important independent album in the contemporary musical scene.
