Album Notes

"A solo debut of impressively performed pop-rock and irresistible island rhythms... A remarkable rebirth that deserves to be heard and embraced." - HITS Magazine

Love Revolution, the first solo album from one-time Milli Vanilli member Fabrice Morvan proves not only that the charismatic performer can sing, but also reveals his skills as a songwriter and producer, exploring territory seldom heard in modern pop.

The sum of his musical experiences around the globe-including influences from his native Europe, Morvan's fusion of world music, rock beat and dance rhythms are diverse, yet tied together with his wide-ranging sensibility. There's a common thread here that permeates the reggae flavors of "Tables Turn" as well as the driving, accusatory funk-driven "Foul Play."

"It's Your Life" is Morvan's touching tribute to his late partner, Rob Pilatus, a stunning reminder of the group's rise and fall, and the toll it took on the life-long friends.

The center of the album is the title track, a generous call to arms for compassion and hope all the more remarkable for the fact Morvan betrays no bitterness toward a music industry that treated him so shabbily.

If you respond to the healing anthems of Stevie Wonder and Bob Marley, the funk-soul of Prince and Sly & the Family Stone, or the unabashed pop majesty of the Beatles, Queen and Jackson 5-all groups he listened to growing up-the music of Fabrice Morvan will have a familiar ring.
