Here’s what they’re saying about "It’s Halloween":
“Neat, upbeat, and not scary. A joyful album full of happy Halloween hits that are fun to hear any time of year.” (Music for Little People)
“A cheerfully ghoulish little folk album...the songs don’t just conjure up the Halloween spirit, they painlessly impart low-key life lessons as well.” (Family Fun Magazine)
“Eight original, creative Halloween songs in the style of Bobby Pickett’s novelty hit ‘Monster Mash.’ There are plenty of jokes and appropriate sound effects...a welcome addition to holiday collections.” (School Library Journal)
“In addition to encouraging fun, interactive family entertainment, It’s Halloween meets our standards for helping youngsters develop academic and emotional skills, character, creativity, personal and social responsibility.” (Parent’s Choice Foundation)
“It’s the cure for tired blood!” (Count Dracula, quoted from the Transylvania Polka)

Wow. What a surprise to hear such original children's music. So much fun for the whole family. We made up dances to it and sang our hearts out...but not for the vampires. Paula Purnell and her assistant Dr. Boo are just what the witch doctor ordered. Where do they keep their brains? In a very creative place, no doubt! If I was a record producer I would be all over this group and this brand of music!! Thank you from me and from all our children and grandchildren! Bill S. LA,CA.

My teenage daughters and I just spent 30 minutes dancing in the living room and trying to remember all of the words. We LOVE this album. It isn't just for kids...
