This year's recording of the Fargo Blues Festival focuses on two bands that have sown success all across the Upper Midwest.

The Joe Moss Band is a relentless force in the blues, playing as many as 28 shows a month, often at Buddy Guy's Legends and the House of Blues in Chicago. The band was also featured on the 10th annual Fargo Blues Festival CD.

The Warped Melon Blues Band, a Fargo favorite for more than a decade, is a cornucopia of talent. The band has achieved regional airplay and was featured on Minnesota Public Radio.
