Album Notes

Jason Farnham was born in Brookyln, NY in 1975. He started playing the piano at age 4. After recently working on a few projects with pianist Jim Brickman, Jason now introduces his own full-length instrumental piano album of completely original music, 'Special Times.' It contains a blend of both classical and new age elements, occasionally utilizing a backdrop of lush strings to enhance the piano. One track features a live recording of rain, and another is built around subtle nature sounds. A few of the album's 14 tracks have even been featured in professional ballet productions. Just under an hour of music (54 min), it creates an equally soothing atmosphere for dinner music, yoga, or simply relaxing!

"Jason's new instrumental piano CD, 'Special Times' is soul-soothing music...It's the kind of soothing album to put on after a hectic day at work, or while attempting to wake up over morning coffee."

-Dan Kane, Entertainment Editor, The Canton Repository, Canton, Ohio 11/13/05

It's better than Brickman!
author:
Really nice to listen to. I have several Jim Brickman CD's and this is right up there with them. I would say a few of the songs are even better than that! Thanks.
