Album Notes

Fat Daddy Has Been is a United States band from the state of Delware specifically. The band consists of 7 instrumentalists (Drums, Bass, two guitars, trumpet, and two saxaphones) and front man Marchitect (from the Hip-Hop group The 49ers). Cannot Kill My Music is their third album. The album has a tougher edge then the first two, but keeps enough of Fat Daddy Has Been's original elements to please their original fan base. Cannot Kill My Music was released to favorable reviews, as well as music industry praise. The group has won many awards in the Philadelphia area including Best Band, Best Album, and Best Front man (Out and About Magazine, The News Journal, Spark Magazine etc.). Fat Daddy Has Been reached out to Dice Raw, and The Last Emperor for features to round out the already diverse subject matter. The music moves through moments of pure hip-hop all the way over to ska rhythms and hard heavy rock grooves, and is a must have for music enthusiasts.
