BIOGRAPHY:
Fate Under Fire emerged out of Sacramento CA in the summer of 2008 with the intentions of fulfilling their life long dreams; playing music for a living. The band was originally set-into-motion by Vocalist/Guitarist David James and it took a little over a year find the right line-up to complete the four piece. David started on his musical path at the age of four when his mom introduced him to the piano and he has not lost focus to this very day. The frontman just recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in the field of audio production. All of the material that has been recorded by Fate Under Fire has been produced, engineered, and mixed all in David's "Saloon Studios".

Fate Under Fire is a relatively young band but in the short time that they have been together they have been taking giant steps in the right direction. Within only about 2 months of being together, they played their first show at the Boardwalk with national touring acts including The Material and Nural. At the same time also recording and releasing a two song demo featuring "Holding On" and "Not Like You." In the mean time, the band has returned to the Boardwalk few times and their following is clearly growing. "Not like You" has been consistently in rotation for the since October 2008 on local rock radio stations including 98 Rock, Quad 106.5, and The Zone 100.5. In May 09, Fate Under Fire just released their first EP "The Simple Things," and had their first tour.
