Album Notes

Fathappy hails from the hinterlands of Washington state where it has been gaining momentum since the group was formed in 2000. The group's music was featured in a 2004 documentary film about sustainable agriculture called, "Broken Limbs: Apples, Agriculture and the New American Farmer" and has been getting radio play around Washington. Fully independent, the band is gearing up to either take its music to the next level or ... disintegrate.

"Songs in B Fat" is follow-up to 2002's "Sumo at Heart", this CD drops 12 new tunes on Fathappy followers, plus four amped-up new versions of favorites from the first album. A blend of intelligent songwriting and sharp humor, this album is a must for lovers of Barenaked Ladies, Ween, Dave Matthews. Also good for people who hate their jobs ... Upbeat tunes from the American void.
