Unable to fall asleep despite it being 2 a.m., I plugged in to Pranic Healing Waves.  Almost instantly, I became aware of the physical sensation I was experiencing in my Root Chakra, and focused on the calming voice urging me to let go and the color imagery I perceived in my mind's eye.  As the narrator progressed from one Chakra to the next,  I intuitively understood how each note and frequency correlated to a particular Chakra and was creating in me a deep sense of balance and calm.  After experiencing the entire CD, I promptly fell asleep and woke up feeling content and well-rested!
