Album Notes

The Female MC Club Movement was founded by Shaboogie Supreme, Byata, and Somar of Sogets Management in 2005.

Now a days, females in the rap game are not getting the opportunities and the respect that they deserve. Some of the most talented artists walking around are unsigned female mc's. With that being said, lets take it back into time to an era when female artists like Roxanne Shante, MC Lyte, Salt & Pepper, Nikki Dee, and Queen Latifah held the rap industry down and made it possible for several male artist's and groups to get their start in the music business. Now fast foward back to present day events and ask yourself, "Why must a female have to join an all male crew, obviously becoming the token female of the click, in order to get a record label to pursue her"?

So this movement known as the Female MC Club has took the initiative to invite independant females worldwide to ride on their back and take a stand against the corporate commercially over saturated male dominant music industry of today.

I like the way the artist represent themselfes on this mixtape ...it s like a big family ,and they all have alot of skills,though.So i wanna give the artists much respect keep on doing what ya doin.The only thing i don`t like is the bootleg of this CD .So next tome connect me and i ll do a Graffitiwall for the next one (really,i ll do it / and i ve dope skills in Graffiti ).
