ferreira combines style, boundless energy and genius in his performances. he has toured throughout the united states, england, france, germany, belgium, luxemburg, norway, switzerland,denmark, austria, hungary, israel and canada.

ferreira was recruited as an original member of the colin james band. featured soloist on stage and in the studio, he also co-arranged the swing' sounds of the "little big band". a whirlwind 11 years passed touring with some of history's most profound rock names including, the rolling stones, steve winwood, santana, robert plant, zz top, keith richards, bonnie raitt, and stevie ray vaughn.

in 1998, he left colin to pursue his solo career discovering new fans, touring and releasing cds, in 2001 he teamed up to co-write with award winning singer-songer writer, anet ducharme (tom cochrane, amanda marshall).

ferreira's unmistakable sax sound is featured on many other artists cds, several of which have reached gold and platinum status. his sax appeal and strong vocals are upbeat, feelgood sounds demonstrating his diverse talents including: jumpblues, swing, party pop and rock &roll.
