On May 18th 2000, Boston native Melissa Ferrick performed to a sold out audience at Berklee Performing Arts Center.
It was at Berklee College Of Music that Melissa had obtained a scholarship twelve years earlier to study bass guitar.

This is a GREAT CD, so full of life and passion and heart. We just saw Melissa live for the first time in Portland, Maine and even though we bought her new cd there, I was compelled to come to cdbaby and buy this one as well. Keep up the Great work, Melissa, and thank you for putting your soul to music and sharing it with the rest of the world.

Really great on first listen

I bought this at CD Baby's recommendation - those "we think you'd like" lines really draw you in. Well, I'm keeping the CD. I just saw Melissa Ferrick live a couple weeks ago and she has a great stage presence. That's captured on this CD. Her energy live is really awesome. So I would highly recommend this CD. To be honest, the first track on this is called Freedom, and I listened to it as well on another of her CDs that is not live (the CD titled Freedom), and that version is a pale, pale comparison to the live one. The live one rocks.
