Fiona Sze-Lorrain is an international award-winning zheng concertist who began studying music at 5. Mentored by Wang Changyuan, an influential contemporary zheng master, she first performed solo in Singapore Victoria Concert Hall at the age of 10. Since 2000, she has held concerts worldwide, at venues such as the Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Avery Fisher Hall in New York, Maison des cultures du monde and Musée Cernuschi in Paris, Rasa Wereldculturen Centrum in Utrecht, Zuiderspershuis Wereldculturen Centrum in Antwerp, etc. She has toured with Wang Changyuan Zheng Orchestra, IIIZ+ Ensemble, and the Chinese Music Ensemble of New York. Also a poet and writer, she now lives in Paris, France.

Born in Shenyang, China, Guo Gan was first trained by his father, Guo Junming, a famous erhu master. A honors graduate from Shenyang Music Conservatory, he became professor at Liaoning Music Conservatory in 1995. Also a jazz specialist, Guo founded the jazz groups, GYQ and Dragon Jazz. Living in France since 2001, his soundtracks include L'Idole, (dir. Samantha Lang), Sa Majesté Minor (dir. Jean-Jacques Annaud), Le Premier Cri (dir. Gilles de Maistre), etc. Soloist for the 55th Cannes Festival Opening Ceremony, he also performed for Paris Opera Orchestra (L’Encre de Chine) and the UNESCO. Often interviewed by TF1, FR3 and France 4, Guo has collaborated with Lang Lang, Didier Lockwood, Yvan Cassar, Gabriel Yaried, etc. Today, he continues to perform world-wide, exploring both classical and mixed-genres work.
